ENTRY FORM FOR BRP BIG 8 SERIES ROCKWEILER INSULATION 38 AT MIS IS NOW AVAILABLE

LOVES PARK, IL (Tuesday, June 10, 2008) – The third event for the BRP Big 8 Series presented by Gandrud Chevrolet will be the Rockweiler Insulation 38 on Tuesday, June 24th at Madison International Speedway. The “Weekly Warriors” will race in support of The Swiss Colony All-Star Challenge featuring Matt Kenseth, Tony Stewart and Kyle Busch.

The feature field has been expanded for this event with a 26-car field with a payout of $225 to start and $1,500 to win. Also, there will be a fast time bonus of $100. The top 14 in qualifying automatically advance to the feature field where an invert will determine those starting positions. Positions 15-24 will be lined up ‘straight up’ from the Last Chance finish(es). The highest point position not in the field (top 20 from 2007 Big 8 Series points) will start 25th. The highest point position not in the field (top 20 from 2008 Madison Int’l LLM points) will start 26. The number of last chance races may be adjusted based on the number of entries as well as the feature field may be expanded due to number of entries.

The schedule for the day will have hauler parking/pits opening at 9 am with practice at 12:45-1:15 pm, 2-2:30 pm, and 3-3:30 pm. Qualifying will begin at 4:00 pm with racing at 7:00 pm.
